Yes, we offer installation services for all of our audio visual equipment.  If you are a DIY-er, we offer free nationwide shipping and always available to answer any questions you may have before, during and after your install!

Absolutely — DIY installers are some of our best customers. We offer direct-to-consumer pricing, pre-purchase consultation to make sure you get the right equipment, and post-purchase technical support to help you through the install. We're happy to answer questions via phone, email, or WhatsApp throughout your project.

Yes. All products we sell are brand new and carry the full manufacturer's warranty. We are an authorized dealer for all brands we carry, which means your warranty is fully valid and supported.

Absolutely. Remote support is one of our specialties. For smart home systems, Control4 programming, and network troubleshooting we offer remote support sessions that can resolve most issues without a technician on-site. This is especially valuable for clients in the Bahamas or other remote locations.

For product orders, we ship worldwide. For on-site installation and consultation services, contact us to discuss your location and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Our direct-to-consumer pricing is already highly competitive.  If you've found a lower price from an authorized dealer on the same in-stock item, contact us and we'll do our best to work with you. We cannot match pricing from unauthorized gray-market sellers.

Many of our marine electronics customers are experienced DIY installers and we love working with them. We offer direct-to-consumer pricing specifically to support self-installers. For complex systems involving NMEA 2000 networks, transducer installations, or radar, we recommend having a professional involved at least for consultation. We're always available to answer technical questions and guide your installation remotely.

Not necessarily. While a new construction or full renovation offers the best opportunity for a fully wired system, there are many wireless and hybrid solutions available for existing homes. Control4 and other platforms support both wired and wireless devices, so we can design a system that minimizes disruption to your existing home. We'll assess your situation and recommend the most practical approach.

Yes — for Control4 smart home systems and larger AV installations, we offer ongoing service and maintenance agreements that include regular system check-ins, software updates, remote monitoring, and priority support response. Contact us to learn more about our service plans.
